Bromley Cross :- Off Road Bikes

#SEIZED | An electric bike has been seized in #BromleyCross on Monday Evening

In recent weeks, there have been concerns raised by residents in Bromley Cross regarding youths on electric bikes riding anti-socially in the area.

On Monday Evening, officers from the #Bolton North Neighbourhood Team spotted a man wearing a balaclava riding along Darwen Road.

The man fell off his bike when officers attempts to stop him, before running off but was swiftly detained by officers. The bike has been seized and the rider arrested for dangerous driving.

Thank you to all the residents that took time to report these incidents, We know it is just the one on this occasion, however, we will endeavour to take positive action whenever possible with these incidents.
